Vehicle Refinement Engineer (NVH, Squeak & Rattle, Water Ingress) - 10 Month Contract in Solihull
Join a leading automotive engineering team focused on delivering world-class vehicle quality and customer experience. As a Vehicle Refinement Engineer, you will play a critical role shaping Noise, Vibration & Harshness (NVH) performance and overall vehicle refinement from concept through customer delivery. Lead cross-functional problem-solving to resolve Squeak & Rattle and Water & Air ingress issues, driving continuous improvement in vehicle quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead resolution of squeak, rattle, and ingress issues
- Conduct root cause analysis and whole-vehicle testing
- Collaborate across Design, Manufacturing, Quality and Programme teams
- Data-driven investigations using warranty returns, durability testing, and IQS data
Qualifications:
- Proven automotive engineering experience in NVH or vehicle refinement
- Strong problem-solving skills (8D, RCA, Fishbone, PDCA)
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders
- Full UK driving licence
