What You'll Do:
- Hands-on technical leadership for new and existing automotive products.
- Manage product development phases including qualification and release.

- Implement quality improvement and yield management programs.
What You Bring:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Microelectronics.
- Experience with Discrete Power MOSFET devices and product engineering.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with automotive testing standards and international collaboration.
