Senior Electrical Engineer – Vehicle Electrification & Electrical Systems
Location: Surrey (Primarily On-site with 1 day remote flexibility)

This senior role focuses on hands-on design, development, and integration of low-voltage electrical systems for multiple vehicle programs. You will lead electrical architecture, harness design, circuit schematics, PCB, testing, and documentation while working in a dynamic, prototype-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design of vehicle electrical systems including power distribution and grounding
- Design wiring harnesses, connectors, and electrical schematics
- Support prototype builds, integration, and fault diagnosis
- Develop and maintain electrical documentation and compliance
- Collaborate with mechanical and software teams
About You:
- Strong automotive or specialist vehicle electrical system design experience
- Proficient in circuit analysis, power distribution, wiring harness design
- Hands-on engineering, comfortable working directly on vehicles
- Ability to work in fast-paced, low-volume or prototype environments
- Excellent communication and technical decision-making skills
Desirable: Arcadia experience, knowledge of HV EV systems, CAN bus, EMC/EMI, ISO 26262, and mentoring experience.
