Senior Electrical Engineer

You'll work closely with mechanical engineers and project managers to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective solutions. This role offers leadership opportunities in training and developing electrical team members while driving technological advances in 12/24V vehicle systems. Responsibilities include:
- Leading electrical aspects of vehicle conversions and project management
- Designing wiring diagrams and integrating components such as batteries and inverters
- Conducting system validations, troubleshooting, and testing protocols
- Collaborating with mechanical teams and supporting documentation and regulatory certifications
- Mentoring and training team members
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in leadership roles
- Level 4+ Electrical Engineering qualifications
- 5+ years experience in electrical engineering, particularly in automotive or vehicle conversion projects
- Strong knowledge of high/low voltage systems, battery systems, power electronics, CAN bus, and wiring harness design
