Responsibilities include:

• Leading electrical aspects of vehicle conversions and project management
• Designing wiring diagrams and integrating components such as batteries and inverters
• Conducting system validations, troubleshooting, and testing protocols
• Collaborating with mechanical teams and supporting documentation and regulatory certifications
• Mentoring and training team members

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in leadership roles
• Level 4+ Electrical Engineering qualifications
• 5+ years experience in electrical engineering, particularly in automotive or vehicle conversion projects
• Strong knowledge of high/low voltage systems, battery systems, power electronics, CAN bus, and wiring harness design
