About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised Vehicle Ordering and Operations Assistant Manager to ensure accurate, efficient vehicle management throughout the UK. You'll oversee vehicle delivery processes, manage stock profiles, support dealer networks, and act as the super user for our vehicle ordering system, collaborating cross-functionally.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, IT or related field
- 5+ years in automotive operations, sales ops, or network management
- Excellent organisational, communication, and analytical skills
- Experience delivering training and supporting systems
- Proactive and detail-oriented with continuous improvement mindset
