Job description

Assist in managing the daily workload of the maintenance team to ensure efficient service delivery and to hit departmental goals. Includes planning and resourcing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and maintenance shutdowns. Foster continuous improvement among skilled technicians by providing leadership, overseeing workloads, supporting team members, and ensuring targets, KPIs, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Robot and PLC systems
  • Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
  • Oversee maintenance projects ensuring safety standards
  • Perform diagnostics to maximize equipment availability
  • Conduct scheduled maintenance to minimize downtime

People Management:

  • Collaborate for strategy development
  • Lead and motivate teams
  • Share improvement ideas and coordinate work schedules

Self Management:

  • Support compliance and engage collaboratively

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong initiative, judgment, and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant technical qualifications
  • Experience in high-volume manufacturing, preferably automotive
