Includes planning and resourcing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and maintenance shutdowns. Foster continuous improvement among skilled technicians by providing leadership, overseeing workloads, supporting team members, and ensuring targets, KPIs, and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Robot and PLC systems
- Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
- Oversee maintenance projects ensuring safety standards
- Perform diagnostics to maximize equipment availability
- Conduct scheduled maintenance to minimize downtime
People Management:

Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant technical qualifications
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing, preferably automotive
