Work on a fast-paced project in Solihull involving 12-hour shifts, 7 days a week. Responsibilities include surface preparation, masking, mixing paint, application, quality inspection, and equipment maintenance. We require a minimum of 3 years’ spray painting experience in a professional workshop. Enjoy excellent pay (£20.00 to £29.60 per hour), favourable Outside IR35 contract terms, and an inclusive, Forces-friendly employer. Bring your own spray gun and work safely with required PPE.
