Responsibilities:
- Manage and control workshop workflow to maximise productivity
- Allocate work effectively across technicians
- Ensure repairs comply with manufacturer repair methods and BSI/PAS standards
- Monitor KPIs such as utilisation, efficiency, and quality
- Lead and support the Bodyshop team to achieve targets
- Drive continuous improvement in repair progress and customer service
Location: Bradford Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE + Bonus
