Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate your team to maximize sales and customer conversion.
- Lead daily operations ensuring security, stock control, and equipment maintenance.
Requirements:
- Proven Centre Manager experience in Automotive.
- Strong sales background and automotive technical knowledge.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
