What You'll Do:
- Handle Motor and Home insurance claims

- Investigate claims and review evidence
- Make technically sound settlement decisions
- Negotiate with customers and third parties
- Identify potential fraud or inconsistencies
- Support colleagues with technical queries
- Maintain compliance with FCA and regulatory standards
