Commercial Contracts Manager – Specialist Vehicle Manufacturing – Sandbach, Cheshire
Join an established engineering-led specialist vehicle conversion business delivering high-specification vehicle programmes for emergency services, defence, and commercial clients. This senior, on-site role reports directly to the Group CEO and requires managing multiple live vehicle conversion contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on-time and within budget. Ideal candidates will have strong commercial and contract management experience in manufacturing or assembly, preferably in vehicle conversion. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer contracts from project initiation to delivery
- Lead commercial interactions with customers, production, and supply chain
- Oversee Bills of Materials, costs, and margins
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven contract/commercial management in manufacturing
- Vehicle conversion or complex build background preferred
- Business, Finance or Quantity Surveying qualifications advantageous
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and senior leadership
