Join Our Pioneering EV Engineering Team!

Are you passionate about electric vehicles and automotive innovation? We’re seeking a Control Systems Engineer to help design and implement advanced control strategies for next-generation EV platforms. Work in a dynamic, hybrid environment just 2–3 days per week onsite in Oxfordshire, with flexible scheduling.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop model-based control algorithms and perform system simulations
  • Collaborate with software, electrical, and mechanical engineers
  • Optimize system performance for reliability and efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Control Systems, Electrical, Automotive Engineering or Mechatronics
  • Experience with automotive or vehicle systems
  • A passion for automotive engineering, motorsport, or electric vehicles
