Design Engineer – Automotive / Vehicle Conversion
Join a specialist automotive manufacturer creating bespoke vehicles for critical applications. Work hands-on with real-world vehicles, designing components and assemblies using Inventor CAD software. Collaborate closely with production teams focusing on Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).
What You'll Do:
- Design vehicle components & assemblies (Inventor)
- Improve existing products and develop new designs
- Engage in real build and shop floor engineering activities
What You'll Need:
- Experience in automotive or manufacturing design
- Proficiency in 3D CAD (Inventor or SolidWorks preferable)
- Knowledge of fabrication and sheet metal processes
