Development Vehicle Technician
Join a dynamic vehicle development team as a Development Vehicle Technician. You'll assemble, maintain, and support multi-project test and development vehicles across various programmes. This role requires hands-on work both on-site and at test locations like proving grounds and racing circuits, with occasional international travel. You'll collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to meet vehicle standards and contribute to innovative automotive technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and service prototype and production vehicles to top standards
- Prepare vehicles for testing activities at diverse locations
- Interpret engineering drawings to ensure precision
- Maintain workshop facilities
- Promote health and safety and continuous improvement
Skills & Experience
- Experience in motorsport or high-performance vehicle builds
- Strong understanding of vehicle assembly and operation
- Ability to interpret technical documentation
- Full clean driving license and valid passport
- IT proficiency including engineering software
Desirable skills include welding, machining, automotive electrical knowledge, and diagnostic tool experience.
