Facilities Manager

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead and optimize facilities services across multiple operational sites. This key management role involves maintaining high standards for buildings, plant, and infrastructure while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day facilities operations across several locations
• Develop and implement strategies aligning with business goals
• Monitor KPIs and improve service delivery
• Oversee budgets and cost control
• Manage contractors and ensure compliance with health & safety
• Coordinate maintenance programs and infrastructure projects, including EV charging
• Lead and support Facilities Coordinators for business continuity

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced in multi-site facilities management in manufacturing, engineering, or commercial sectors
• Skilled in hard services, planned maintenance, statutory compliance, and contractor management
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
• Proficient with CAFM or similar facilities management software
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services

Qualifications:

• HNC, HND, Degree, or equivalent in relevant disciplines
• Health & Safety certification (NEBOSH, IOSH, SMSTS)
• Membership in IWFM, CIBSE, or RICS is a plus
