Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the Service Advisors and manage front of house operations
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
- Continuously improve processes and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Collaborate with the Service Manager and contribute to service reception management
