Front of House Manager at Franchised Motor Dealership - Stockport
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee Service Advisors and maximize profitability. This key role involves customer service management, handling complaints, and supporting service teams. Ideal candidates must have current experience in a franchised motor dealership service department.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm Salary: Up to £40,000 basic plus a £15,000 bonus
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed customer expectations in a customer-focused environment
- Be the first contact for customer queries
- Improve processes and meet targets
- Manage day-to-day running of service reception
- Assist Service Manager
