This role entails owning strategy, performance, and growth across Rental Fleet Management, Short-Term Hire, and Used Equipment. Drive profitability and improve customer satisfaction while building a high-efficiency operational centre of excellence. You'll shape the UK strategy for company-owned rental assets, maximize asset utilization, optimize inventory levels and pricing, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams.
