- Provide first-point contact support to managers and colleagues.
- Manage and coach managers on employee relations cases.
- Guide and support people management improvements.
- Facilitate conflict resolution via mediation.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
- Collaborate with People Business Partners and contribute to continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience in HR advisory roles with strong UK employment law knowledge.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Discretion with confidential information.
- CIPD qualifications desirable.
