What You'll Do:
- Define and execute the IT and digital strategy aligned with business goals.
- Manage IT budgets, vendors, and multiple enterprise systems like SAP, CRM, and HR platforms.
- Ensure GDPR compliance, cybersecurity, and robust IT infrastructure.
- Facilitate IT operations, training, and user support across the European region.
What We Seek:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with 5+ years' experience.
- Expertise in ERP, CRM, HR systems, and IT infrastructure.
- Strong project management and cross-border collaboration skills.
- English fluency required; Chinese or German is a plus.
- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
