Role Summary: As the IT Manager for Europe, you will spearhead the planning, implementation, and management of IT systems to create a scalable, secure IT environment that supports business digitalization and compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Define IT strategy aligned with business goals, manage IT demand, budgets, and vendor relations, implement enterprise systems like SAP and CRM, and ensure robust IT security and GDPR compliance.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or above in IT or related fields, 5+ years international IT experience, expertise in enterprise systems and project management, fluent English, plus Chinese or German preferred. Automotive industry experience is a bonus.
