Lead Motor Portfolio Pricing Analyst (Portfolio Management)
Join our dynamic personal lines pricing team as a Portfolio Pricing Lead, working primarily remotely with occasional travel to offices across the UK. Take the lead on portfolio performance, drive strategic pricing decisions, and optimize profitability for Car and Van products. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead portfolio monitoring and performance frameworks
- Drive pricing strategy and tactical interventions
- Collaborate with Underwriting, Technical Modelling, and Data teams
- Mentor and develop junior analysts

Skills & Experience:
- Expertise in Personal Lines Pricing and predictive modelling techniques (Logistic Regression, GBMs, GLMs, Neural Networks, etc.)
- Proficiency in R, Python, PySpark, SAS, or SQL
- Excellent communication with senior stakeholders
- Strong quantitative academic background
