Lead Motor Portfolio Pricing Analyst
We are looking for a highly experienced Portfolio Pricing Lead to spearhead our portfolio management in personal lines pricing. This role demands a senior analyst with strong autonomy, strategic influence, and technical expertise.
You will drive portfolio performance, shape pricing strategies for Car and Van insurance products, lead analytical initiatives, and engage senior stakeholders. You will also mentor junior analysts and innovate pricing methodologies to continuously improve our market offering.
Key Skills: Strong predictive modeling including Logistic Regression, GBMs, GLMs, GAMs, Decision Trees, Neural Networks; proficient in R, Python, PySpark, SAS, or SQL; excellent communication and leadership ability; strong background in Mathematics, Statistics or related fields.
