You will complete 70-point vehicle inspections on a variety of vehicles before auction release. Inspection types include:

• Essential Checks: fast-turnaround inspections
• Blue Sticker Checks: more detailed inspections with higher bonus earning potential

Every completed inspection increases your weekly productivity bonus. High-performing inspectors regularly earn £200+ bonus per week.

Shift patterns: The standard pattern is Monday to Friday; however, some depots also offer:

• 4 on / 4 off
• Off-set (either Wednesday to Sunday or Saturday to Wednesday)

Hours:

• 08:00 – 17:30
• Average 42.5 hours per week
• Overtime available during busy periods

Contract status:

• Initial 3-month temporary contract
• Extension or permanent offer available after successful review

Responsibilities

• Complete 70-point vehicle inspections on a variety of vehicles before auction release.
• Carry out Essential Checks, which are fast-turnaround inspections.
• Carry out Blue Sticker Checks, which are more detailed inspections with higher bonus earning potential.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 in Motor Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
• Recent workshop, garage, dealership, roadside or fast-fit experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Good paperwork and administration skills

Licence requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Maximum 6 points for minor offences only
• No CD, CU, DD, DR or TT endorsements

Successful applicants will complete:

• Basic DBS check
• Right to Work checks
• Employment references
• Adverse credit check
