Essential Skills
- Expertise in manufacturing processes and Lean strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3-8 years in manufacturing or production engineering.
- Experience in automotive, aerospace, or high-volume environments.
- Lean/Six Sigma certified.
