Responsibilities

  • Implement and refine processes for optimal production efficiency.
  • Support new product introduction with process and equipment design.
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean principles.
  • Analyze data to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Develop process documentation and standard procedures.
  • Collaborate across teams ensuring quality and manufacturability.

Essential Skills

  • Expertise in manufacturing processes and Lean strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 3-8 years in manufacturing or production engineering.
  • Experience in automotive, aerospace, or high-volume environments.
  • Lean/Six Sigma certified.
