Job Description
Location: Coventry Salary: £40,000 to £46,000 basic with On Target Earnings (OTE) up to £55,000.
Are you a skilled MET technician who can strip a car to the shell and rebuild it to manufacturer standards without cutting corners? Join a reputable Coventry accident repair centre, British Standard and manufacturer-approved across 12+ marques including Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo, Lotus, BMW, and Mini. What you'll do:
- Strip and rebuild mechanical, electrical, and trim components
- Repair to manufacturer and Thatcham standards
- Work within a high-performing, standard-driven team
Requirements:
- ATA / NVQ Level 3 or willingness to train
- Solid bodyshop/MET experience plus diagnostics understanding
- Good work ethic and full UK driving license
