We are looking for an experienced Mechanical, Electrical & Trim (MET) Technician to join a busy, professional bodyshop. This role offers a permanent, full-time position with excellent earning potential — a basic salary of £34,000 to £35,000 plus a fantastic bonus structure with realistic OTE up to £45,000 and top performers earning between £50,000 and £55,000!
Role Highlights:
- Remove, refit, repair and replace vehicle components to manufacturer standards
- Work closely with the bodyshop team
- Deliver high-quality repairs ensuring excellent vehicle condition
What We Need:
- Proven MET Technician experience in a bodyshop
- Strong mechanical, electrical and trim skills
- Ability to diagnose and repair efficiently
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred
