Join Our Team as a Motor Claims Handler!
Take ownership of a diverse motor insurance caseload, managing claims independently with confidence. Work closely with stakeholders to deliver exceptional service, especially focusing on Channel Islands risks. Based in Newcastle-under-Lyme or Taunton with flexible office days.
What You'll Do:
- Manage various motor claims from first to third-party cases.
- Investigate disputed claims and settle using your initiative.
- Deliver excellent customer service, liaise with insurers and suppliers.
- Identify recovery opportunities and detect potential fraud.
- Handle complaints positively and ensure smooth claim processing.
What We're Looking For:
- Motor insurance experience and knowledge of liability claims.
- Customer service excellence and complaint resolution skills.
- Understanding of fraud and recovery processes.
- Cert CII qualification or working towards it is a plus.
