Join Our Team as a Motor Claims Handler!

Take charge of a diverse caseload handling motor insurance claims with confidence and independence. You'll collaborate closely with both internal teams and external partners, playing a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our clients. Grow your expertise in motor claims while gaining valuable exposure to Channel Islands risks. This role is based in Newcastle-under-Lyme or Taunton with a flexible office schedule.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage various motor claims including first and third party motor and property damage.
  • Investigate and settle disputed claims.
  • Deliver excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, insurers, and accident management firms.
  • Identify recovery opportunities and potential fraud.
  • Ensure claims are processed smoothly and transparently.
  • Handle complaints professionally.

What We Need From You:

  • Cert CII qualification or working towards it preferred.
  • Previous motor insurance experience.
  • Strong customer service and complaint resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of fraud and recoveries processes.
