Join Our Team as a Motor Claims Handler!
Take charge of a diverse caseload handling motor insurance claims with confidence and independence. You'll collaborate closely with both internal teams and external partners, playing a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our clients. Grow your expertise in motor claims while gaining valuable exposure to Channel Islands risks. This role is based in Newcastle-under-Lyme or Taunton with a flexible office schedule.
What You'll Do:
- Manage various motor claims including first and third party motor and property damage.
- Investigate and settle disputed claims.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with suppliers, insurers, and accident management firms.
- Identify recovery opportunities and potential fraud.
- Ensure claims are processed smoothly and transparently.
- Handle complaints professionally.
What We Need From You:
- Cert CII qualification or working towards it preferred.
- Previous motor insurance experience.
- Strong customer service and complaint resolution skills.
- Knowledge of fraud and recoveries processes.
