About the Role
Join us as a Motor Recoveries Associate where you will manage subrogated motor recovery cases for diverse motor insurance clients. You'll handle motor vehicle damage claims, manage your own caseload, allocate instructions, and supervise team members in a hybrid working environment based in Glasgow.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, assess, and allocate new cases
- Manage litigated motor recovery files within court deadlines
- Liaise with clients, insurers, policyholders, and witnesses
- Negotiate settlements and draft court documents
- Supervise other file handlers
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in pre and post-litigation recovery and motor damage claims
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure
