What you'll do:
- Teach innovative Motor Vehicle qualifications
- Motivate and support learners for outstanding results
- Assess and provide feedback on student work
- Develop schemes of work and learning materials
- Monitor progress and implement interventions
- Support work experience and engage employers
- Contribute to course development and quality assurance
- Embed English, maths, and digital skills
- Participate in recruitment and college events
- Ensure health & safety standards
What we seek:
- Level 3+ qualification in Motor Vehicle or related field
- Recent substantial industry experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for learner support
- Commitment to safeguarding, diversity, and inclusion
- Willingness to undertake relevant qualifications
