Join a thriving and busy dealership in Newbury as a Sales Manager, leading a dynamic team to meet and exceed sales targets for both new and used vehicles. This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive basic salary up to £45,000 with an OTE of £70,000. You'll manage a team of 7, overseeing sales performance of approximately 80 vehicles per month. Enjoy structured working hours Monday to Saturday with every other Sunday off and additional days off during busy weeks.
