We are seeking a skilled Panel Beater to join a busy and modern Bodyshop. You'll repair vehicles to manufacturer standards using the latest tools and techniques in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a competitive basic salary of £38,000 and an OTE up to £50,000.
Key responsibilities include:
- High-quality structural and cosmetic repairs on various vehicles, including electric and hybrid models
- Use of advanced Bodyshop equipment such as spot welders, aluminium repair tools, and ADAS calibration
- Following digital job cards and repair estimates through modern workshop management systems
- Ensuring repairs meet BSI PAS 10125 standards
- Collaborating with MET Technicians, Paint Sprayers, and VDA teams
