Protyre Autocare is seeking a Product & Sales Training Manager to enhance product knowledge and sales skills across retail roles, aiming to improve sales conversion, average invoice value, and revenue growth. As a specialist, you will design a curriculum focused on product expertise and selling techniques, supporting resources, and driving measurable sales performance improvements. Success includes behaviour changes and achieving sales KPIs. Must have: Full Clean UK Driving Licence held for at least 6 months. Package: £45K + Bonus (OTE £55K) + Car + Benefits.
