Overview
We are looking for a motivated Project Engineer – New Product Introduction (NPI) to lead engineering and industrialisation efforts for specialist vehicle programmes from concept to production readiness in an exciting automotive manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering activities to deliver new vehicle programmes on time, budget, and quality.
- Act as the key interface between engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and programme teams.
- Manage product introduction milestones including prototype builds, validation, and SOP.
- Coordinate industrialisation applying design-for-manufacture principles.
- Support quality compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Who You Are
