We are seeking a Senior Motor Control Engineer to develop high-performance motor drive solutions up to 1MW. If you're passionate about transforming algorithms from model through firmware to hardware testing, this role offers complete ownership of the control stack. Collaborate with power electronics and test teams to bring next-gen motor drive products to production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop motor control algorithms for Induction Motor and PMSM/BLDC drives
- Implement real-time control features in Embedded C on MCU/DSP platforms
- Build and maintain MATLAB/Simulink models for development and rapid prototyping
- Support new AC/AC technology development
- Debug, tune, and validate on real hardware
- Design safety and behavior strategies
- Produce clear documentation and mentor team members
What We Look For:
- Strong embedded product motor control experience
- Professional Embedded C development for real-time control systems
- Solid understanding of control loops and numerical precision
- Skilled with MATLAB/Simulink modeling and lab debugging
- Excellent communication and ownership mindset
Nice-to-Haves:
- Exposure to power electronics and industrial/automotive EMC testing
- Leadership or mentoring experience
- PhD is a bonus
