Your Day-to-Day
- Handle all customer communications
- Identify and agree service needs
- Coordinate vehicle completion with workshop
- Conduct visual inspections
- Process payments and invoices
- Manage complaints and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Who You Are
- Experienced in customer service with at least 1 year as a service advisor
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented and excellent time manager
- Able to work independently and as part of a proactive team
- Willing to undertake training and develop in a fast-paced environment
