- Ensure smooth workshop loading and attend to customer needs to high standards
- Upsell services and promote special offers/Service Plans
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor
- Knowledge of Kerridge, 1 Link, Pinnacle systems, or similar DMS system
- Proven upselling experience
- Full manual UK Driving License (subject to driver checks)
