Are you an enthusiastic and hardworking Service Advisor ready to advance your career in a dynamic Car Dealership? We offer a competitive basic salary of £32,000 with an OTE of £35,000, plus excellent benefits such as 33 days holiday (including Bank Holidays), employee and high street discounts, and a Cycle to Work scheme.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage service department bookings efficiently
- Ensure smooth workshop operations while providing exceptional customer service
- Promote upselling opportunities and special service plans
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor
- Familiarity with Kerridge, 1 Link, Pinnacle or similar DMS systems
- Strong upselling skills
- Valid UK manual driving license subject to a check
