You will act as the main contact for customers during the service and repair process, coordinate with workshop staff, and ensure top-notch customer service. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm, plus every other Saturday morning. This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary up to £38,000 (DOE).
