Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle UK accounting and compliance with UK GAAP.
- Manage UK tax filings (VAT, corporation tax) and liaise with HMRC.
- Coordinate financing activities and treasury management in the UK and Germany.
- Develop financial internal controls and conduct risk assessments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
- ACCA, CPA, CIMA or UK local practising qualification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years finance experience, 3 years in UK).
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
