Unit Production Manager – Automotive – Cheshire
Join a leading engineering-led specialist vehicle conversion company located in North West England! This full-time, on-site role offers a key operational leadership position where you will manage day-to-day production within a vehicle conversion unit. You'll lead multi-skilled teams, coordinate build schedules, ensure quality compliance, and liaise with customers to deliver high-spec emergency, defence, and commercial vehicles. If you have strong production management experience, a background in automotive or specialist vehicles, and thrive in fast-paced manufacturing environments, this role offers long-term stability and growth.
Work Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:30am–3:30pm; Friday, 6:30am–12:00pm.
