Unit Production Manager – Automotive – Cheshire

This on-site role involves full ownership of daily production activities in a dynamic vehicle conversion unit. You will manage production schedules, lead multi-skilled teams, and ensure high-quality standards and on-time deliveries. Work Monday to Friday with a focus on complex, low-volume vehicle programmes in a highly regulated environment emphasizing safety and technical compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all unit production activities
- Plan schedules and allocate resources
- Lead teams to meet quality and output targets
- Coordinate wiring, electrical, and fabrication efforts
- Maintain compliance with quality, regulatory, and health & safety standards
Candidate Profile:
- Strong operations or production management experience
- Demonstrated leadership in engineering or manufacturing
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Automotive or specialist vehicle background preferred
