Responsibilities:
- Lead & support a team of 6 Sales Executives
- Drive sales targets and department performance
- Manage vehicle deal structuring
- Ensure FCA & dealership compliance
- Assist with reporting, forecasting & stock management
- Maintain high showroom and customer service standards
Candidate Profile:
- Experienced Sales Controller or Business Manager in motor trade
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Customer-focused, driven & professional
- Full UK Driving Licence required
