We are seeking a driven individual with a curiosity and hunger to learn, ready to develop into a standout performer in the role. As our manager, you will handle the entire de-fleet sales journey, from vehicle intake to handover, sell commercial vehicles confidently, and lead a small team.
What you’ll do:
- Manage vehicle sales from intake to final handover
- Ensure vehicles are sold within 3 months for maximum return
- Create compelling marketing to highlight vehicle specs and benefits
- Sell directly to end users and trade buyers
- Conduct market research and spot sales opportunities
- Lead and motivate your team
