About the Role
Take charge as a Valeting Area Manager supporting Contract Managers to grow and maintain high-performing valeting operations across Northern England and Scotland. This hands-on position emphasizes operational excellence, compliance, and upholding premium brand standards through site visits, coaching, and audits.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and train site teams for outstanding results.
- Perform daily compliance checks and weekly SAS reviews.
- Manage audits, valeting sales data, and declined work orders.
- Attend meetings and deliver training sessions.
- Manage two operational regions with weekly travel and flexible scheduling.
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior retail site operations experience a plus.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, with strong diary/time management.
- Willingness to travel extensively (35,000+ miles/year) and work flexibly.
