Take ownership of system and vehicle testing, apply your expertise to ensure safety, performance, and legal compliance, and help bring exciting automotive projects like the Evoluto and historic Ford icons to life.
What you'll do:
- Develop robust test plans and execute tests (durability, performance, NVH, thermal, etc.)
- Collect and analyze technical data
- Lead the Individual Vehicle Approval (IVA) process
- Collaborate with designers, technicians, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
Your background:
- Degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in V&V, test engineering or system validation in low-volume or prototype settings
- Hands-on skills with instrumentation and strong problem-solving capabilities
