Your daily responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day workshop operations
- Ensure technicians meet daily targets
- Assist service managers in delivering best customer service
- Achieve agreed profitability and retention goals
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Motor Industry experience in a similar role
- Independent and team working abilities
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Experience in a main dealer environment
- Capability to work under pressure
