? What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee daily operations across battery diagnostics, repair, and refurbishment workflows.
- Ensure all repaired batteries meet rigorous safety and quality standards.
- Manage tooling, inventory, and technician scheduling to maintain operational efficiency.
- Lead and develop a team of 3–15 battery repair technicians, fostering a culture of safety, precision, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Health & Safety, Engineering, and Customer teams to drive performance and innovation.
- Monitor KPIs, report on repair throughput, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
? What You Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with high-voltage EV batteries in automotive or energy sectors.
- SAP-level electrical qualification or equivalent.
- Strong technical knowledge of lithium-ion battery systems, fault diagnostics, and EV architecture.
- Proven leadership in repair or production environments, with a focus on safety, quality, and team development.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
