We have exciting opportunities for Motor Claims Handlers interested in car insurance claims at our Birmingham site on a permanent basis. In our busy Motor Claims Centre, you’ll manage both new and existing claims while making decisions regarding customer policy coverage. You'll be a key member of the team assisting customers predominately on the phone, but also via emails and letters, ensuring claims are managed in a timely manner and quality standards are met.
Working Hours & Shift Pattern: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 9am and 5:30pm.
Induction & Training: Comprehensive 10-week training at Birmingham office. Transition to hybrid model after demonstrating competency.
